In a similar way to the interior, wheels are a subject of personal taste and what wheels and tyres you fit depend on the use that the vehicle will be put to.

Wheels are available as steel or alloy (in different designs) and can be found in 15, 16, 17 and 18 inch diameters.

​

There is a difference between pre-2001 fitting and later cars. Early wheels fit later cars but not the other way around !

​

As most Freelander 1's were supplied with alloy wheels as standard, changing and improving the wheels can be a cost effective way to enhance your vehicle.
